Right-click on the malfunctioning SD card, and select Format from the context menu. Next, select FAT32 from the File System dropdown menu, enter a name in the Volume Label text field, if required, and click on OK at the bottom. Click OK in the confirmation prompt that pops up. Wait for the format process to complete.

Smart card currently inserted is not valid for 4100 receiver. Does the bell 6131 receiver come with a smart card built in? Does a bell hd 6131 receiver require a smart card? Bell receiver says the smart card currently inserted is not valid for this receiver. Do i need a smart card for me to use the bell sattelite receiver 6100? Actually that was one of the first things I did. As mentioned in a previous post it comes up as SCM Micro USBAT-02. Windows Update has found no compatible drivers for the cable. I still have no idea why the card reader itself won't read the card when the camera does. The cable would at least allow me to get around the card reader.

Connect the SD card reader to an available USB port on your computer. Make sure it is securely plugged in. Take your micro SD card and insert it into the SD card reader. The card should fit into the designated slot on the reader. Wait for your computer to recognize the inserted micro SD card.
