We are looking forward to welcome you again with more exotic entertainment on 7 April 2019 Very rude and uncooperative, aggressive manager Enra. I have been to 20 countries and never seen anything like it. First, he would not take back a glass of wine which was stale due to being old. Unable to hear if things are not aligned to...his own views. Then he would be aggressive and very dictatorial with the passengers and I was disappointed by the lack of even a vague awareness of customer service. If you requested any reduction of music volume he would wave his finger in your face telling you to go to your manager, and when you tell him the manager is the one asking, he would be defensive and make faces. Gave you the impression that he was only worried about money. I would recommend corporates and families to stay away unless they change their manager and bring in a level of polite and capable customer service manager. His staff seemed petrified of him, and he was a bully to customers so i can only imagine. Dancers were very good. We are looking forward to welcome you again with more exotic entertainment on 15 November 2018 via mobile From start to finish my partner and i thoroughly enjoyed this evening and will definitely be back for another. We chose this boat for the simple fact that it was a traditional wooden boat over any other option available. This was mainly due to my...partner loving and owning a boat. On arrival you are warmly greated and upon boarding the boat provided a welcome drink. There is entertainment provided during your time on board, before and after dinner. This consisted of singing by a very talented singer who sung in various languages for those nationalities onboard, traditional dancing, fire show/dancing and various games. For those who didn't want to participate in these, they were able to find a vantage point to enjoy the cruise itself. The food - wow!!!!! This was by buffet, and was a large selection to cater to all onboard. We loved the prawn, veg & squid skewers however our absolute favourite was the beef in black bean sauce. Yum. All in all we loved all of what this evening threw at us. I did take a lot of pictures, however it's not letting me upload them all. We are looking forward to welcome you again with more exotic entertainment on 29 September 2018 via mobile After seeing this tour advertised on the Bali Facebook forums my wife and I decided to give it a go. We paid 800k each to attend what we thought was a evening sunset meanwhile watching dancers, fire dancers and a disco. We did get the...entertainment but the whole experience was not what was expected. Definately not worth what we paid. Bad points. We had 190 people on our boat trip and I would say that there were 2 not Asian couples on board so we could strike a conversation with anyone. Not being racist but it would of been nice to of been able to have another conversation with another English speaking person. 95% were Chinese, The food was a free for all at the buffet whilst my wife and I were expecting A La Carte enjoying our meal whilst watching the sunset go down.....This didn't happen as the Boat never left the harbour so no sunset on the horizon as we thought was going to happen. Entertainment was ok. Dancers were good and the entertainers did try to get everyone dancing. They give you a free face mask which would look better in a Dick Turpin movie....definately not pirate. Oh and they gave us a pirate bandana which we didn't wear as we are not 12 years old. It was hard to get into the party spirit when you feel isolated and robbed. I only have it 2 star as the entertainment was ok. Don't waste your money.....MoreDate of visit September 2018Helpful?2 This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is too expensive for the quality of food, but most people should not be booking a pirate cruise for the food. It is what you would expect - a tourist trap with some...tacky aspects like the eye patch and bandana, but that is part of the fun. Mostly filled with organized bus tour groups, the staff and entertainment crew do a great job of getting everyone involved. Definitely not the best choice if you are looking for great food or an amazing cruise it actually just goes out to the middle of the harbour and drops anchor, but it is as advertised. Read our transparency report to learn 6 January 2018 via mobile We booked for this it was really expensive. We arrived, received some strange pirate paraphernalia. The entertainment wasn’t very good although the crew and entertainers did try very hard to please. There were various games such as trying to lower objects tied to strings on...your waist to a bottle with a wrapped paper bag as a prize. The boat floated around in the harbour leaving gusts of diesel floating up to overwhelm the passengers. The food was a disgrace spaghetti bolognese, beef in black bean sauce and some chicken pieces. The buffet style food was cold and really awful. Dessert was a 20ml two tablespoon portion tub of horrid ice cream. I'm not sure why they call it a cruise because we didn't travel very far from the wharf. The...hot food was warm at best and didn't look very appealing, although it tasted OK. The cold drinks were over priced and not very cold. The smell of diesel was quite strong down in the area we were seated to eat, so had to eat quickly then head up to the upper decks for fresh air. The entertainment is targeted at the Asian market and I thought it a little tasteless. I thought we would see some cultural dancing, not belly dancing and disco. The entertainers kept asking people to sit down and move back but they had no respect for this request and kept pushing forward and blocking our views. It was a true pirate cruise - we were robbed!!MoreHelpful?2 This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Read our transparency report to learn 6 September 2017 We paid AUD75 and thought we were going on an actual dinner cruise. Silly us! We left the pier, cruised past a few container ships, dropped anchor in the middle of Benoa Harbour and there we stayed. Sat in the same spot for an hour...while we ate a very ordinary dinner most of it cold ever had cold stroganof? and then upped anchor and went back to the pier. There was entertainment a very loud karaoke singer followed by some ear piercing club music and that was it. How disappointing. If you're over 25, don't bother. The food was average and from other reviews we knew it was going to be chaotic during buffet time...so we were prepared. The crew and mc done a great job at creating a party atmosphere. There was an actual disco dance party and the fire dance was fantastic. This isn't a cruise to watch the sunset and relax. The boat just goes up and down the port. This cruise is to be on a pirate ship and to have a party for a couple of hours. Only down fall was that we found it hard to book, the staff weren't good at responding back to confirm we were on the boat and the taxi didn't really know where to drop us. As we didn't organise as part of a group, we didn't get transfers on a bus to and from and we needed to organise a taxi to come get us which was hard since the taxis don't know where to go. Don't go for the food or the sunset, go for the party and the pirate of visit August 2017Helpful?1 This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
